QBudget brings multi-format budgeting software for film, video, commercials and TV within reach of every kind of producer and production house. Designed in conjunction with producers for producers, QBudget allows you to calculate, change, report and present every element of your production budget - with simplicity and ease.

Regardless of the number of times you need to compile and recompile a budget, QBudget keeps you in control, whilst at the same time conforming to UK, European and American layouts and standards.

With preset formats for APA(UK), CFPE(Europe) and AICP(USA) commercials budget layouts, QBudget uses the de facto standards for the film, video, commercial and television industries as well as offering the ability to design and build your own budget layouts.

A major feature of QBudget is the Schedule Wizard. For example, you're sending a crew on location for 3 days so you create 3 schedules (one per day) and set start/finish times for each. Then you simply click the crew member lines in the budget to apply the schedules to each as required. QBudget calculates all overtime, meal breaks, penalties etc. and applies mark ups, and sorts out NI etc. But now you decide to shoot for 3 more hours on day 2. Just change one entry (the finish time for that day) and QBudget recalculates the entire budget.

The second unique feature of QBudget is the Rates Database which provides regularly researched and updated pricing for virtually every line of your budget. Imagine - all the main studio prices, camera hire costs, crew rates etc. already provided from within the software.

QBudget was designed to run on Microsoft Windows operating systems. We support 98SE, 2000 and XP.
